On Thursday 8th October, our U15 girls’ football team played Rossall in the second round of the National Cup and won the game with a brilliant score of 3-0! This victory secures their place in round three.
This achievement marks a significant milestone, as no Balshaw’s girls' team have progressed beyond the second round in the National Cup before!
Despite battling dreadful weather conditions, the girls produced an outstanding performance, showing great determination, teamwork and quality throughout the match.
Well done to you all!
Mr O’Neill
