Sophie's Superb Hockey Success
We were delighted to hear that Sophie R, in Year 7, has recently been selected to play for Lancashire U12 hockey squad.
PGL at Boreatton Park
In March 2024, a group of our students and staff went on an adventurous and action-packed PGL weekend to Boreatton Park in Shropshire.

Beth A, in Year 9, has been continuing with her superstar swimming and has now added running to her skillset!

On Thursday 21st March, our Year 7 netball teams took part in their first district tournament and performed really well.

On Thursday 21st March, Balshaw's hosted Lostock Hall in the Under 14s girls' Lancashire Cup quarter-finals.

Liverpool Philharmonic Trip
On Wednesday 6th March, 52 students were fortunate enough to attend a concert at The Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
Amazing Athletics!
On Monday 4th March, our Year 7 & 8 girls took part in the District Schools Sportshall Athletics Champs at All Hallows.
Ávila Trip
In February 2024, a group of Year 10 & 11 students and staff, went to Ávila in Spain.
