We are supporting Refugee Week from Monday 16th June to Friday 20th June.
There are a number of activities and events taking place for this important week, including the following:
Assemblies will take place through the week as follows: Year 9 & 10 on Tuesday 17th June and Years 9 &10 on Thursday 19th June. There will be a live Act of Worship for all tutor groups on Friday 20th June, facilitated by our Chaplin, Luke.
During our PSHE lessons that week, students will be learning about migration from the Red Cross, in addition to being given an excerpt from the book "Asylum Speakers" by Jas O'Hara as a reading activity for the week
In tutor time, students will take part in a task related to this week.
